Shift + Rightmouse click not working (most the time) EQ1

Having problems with shift + right mouse working on EQ1, sometimes it works fine and the menus come up, but most the time nothing happens, I go into the preferences and there isnt even an option to turn on context menu under hotkeys for. Ive tried restarting and that does help occasionaly but rarely.

As per one of today's patches:

  * Removed hotkey that used to bring up the same context menu that can be retrieved by clicking
	on the game window's title bar.  The hotkey defaulted to Shift+Right Click and only existed
	because you had to release the mouse to right click on the title bar before the recent EQ
	patch.  Since this is no longer necessary and is now only an inconvenience, this has been
	removed.

I'll be putting the option back in tonight, but you can right click on the window's title bar instead.
