Patch/Connection problems

Anyone else having connection issues today Oct 27? I haven't been able to make it through a patch all day and I need the patch. I am on comcast in the NW. I'm not having any visible problems with any other connections so far. Are there any known problems with the server or the connection it uses? When I ping the IP for the update server I have packet loss also.

We're working on the connectivity issues. I've temporarily disabled the main license server and we're on backup for the moment, which doesnt serve up patches. Should be fixed in the next hour or so

Was having the same problem the first time after I downloaded the patch from Sony. Ran it again and it didnt hang up when getting WinEQ2 patches but there is an issue with the mouse since Sony has switched to using the system mouse.
