hud -garbage gives garbage in the Syntax

I know you said you were going to depreciate this function but if you type hud with a parameter it cannot understand the syntax line shows garbage for the command similar to:

Syntax: ?v P1 -list|fontsize <#> etc

When executed without parameters hud shows the correct syntax

[Lax]

Not removing the hud command, just the -fontsize switch
