This is supposed to be there. I monitor AIM and my kids on this computer with this software.
But you are telling me that a program that saves logs from AIM and other IM's and only functions when such is loaded and the program enabled..is the problem here?
Hotkeys not working/certain keys not working

Ahh, I see. Parent Tools by Ignite Software. When I googled, the only thing I saw was some obscure package called ENZEC
Regardless, the program does employ keylogger functionality, which may in fact be interfering with WinEQ. This program is apparently active when you are playing (thus, the module is loaded in the EQ process). If you can prevent it from loading, I imagine it will stop dropping keys

No, I have the same problem and its ONLY in EQ1.
I have no clue whats going on..but I'm getting to the point that its impossible to use the SHIFT key anytime something important is going on...or my screen will shrink, move, change to the PiP, or something else..lol
Any ideas here?
BTW, I did remove and completely uninstall Parent Tools.
