DLL's Not updating in WinEQ2

Post by Kaycee » Sun Jul 24, 2005 4:24 pm

Howdies ;0

Was trying to diagnose why wineq2 wasnt showing the fps indicator and it appears that its not updating the dll files when it patches. I still have the eqplaynice dll from May and a few others. Any reason why its not updating those ? I have verified that it is loggin into the subscription server and says pro on the icon.

THanks
Kaycee

Oh also this is a fresh installation had to redo XP so everything is a fresh download from the site :)

The EQPlayNice DLL hasnt been updated in a long time, it doesnt need to be updated. It just grabs data from our server :)

Bah had a brain fart lol the dates I was seeing was from the restore and installation of the files :0 Anyway that mystery is solved lol. Any reason why I cant get the fps indicator to display on any of my sessions ? I have it turned on in the options. I can get the memory one to display if I turn it on just cant get the fps one to pop up for some reason.

Well, as long as EQPlayNice is enabled under WinEQ 2 Preferences, EverQuest, General.. and it's enabled in the EQPN settings, should be no problem. Post SysInfo.txt and maybe something will stick out
