Everything looks pretty normal. Are you having problems running a single session or two? Does this problem only happen with the profile set to secondary display, or does it also happen when it is set to application control or primary?

One or two sessions, on both primary and secondary monitors.

Crashes of this fashion with WinEQ 2 are often caused by spyware or viruses, or it could be your DirectX installation or video card driver as well.

I would recommend scanning for viruses, running Microsoft Anti-Spyware (or Adaware or Spybot Search & Destroy, but be aware that running other spyware programs or using them from anywhere but the source can actually introduce spyware or viruses to your system), and checking or new Catalyst drivers from ATI. The newest according to the site is version 5.6: https://support.ati.com/ics/support/def ... olderID=27

Also, you should make sure that running software isn't interfering somehow (close all extra programs and see if that helps, etc)

ok updated to latest driver, already had it downloaded, turned off anti-virus and anti-spy still has the same result, crashing before the game states after character select.

Try disabling EQPlayNice through WinEQ 2 Preferences -> EverQuest -> General (Set the one that says "EQPlayNice" to OFF)

Thanx for the assist Lax, the cause of this problem was from eqtest, apparently the new tutorial files are clashing with the non-test version of the game. Everything appears to be working great now! thanx again :D
