As with every new EQ expansion, there is a high probability of major changes to the game that can affect EQPlayNice and WinEQ. Today's patch comes with two temporary inconveniences for our customers.
1) The EverQuest Patcher is now "packed", which causes WinEQ to not be able to used to patch the game. This will be fixed soon, but until then just patch EverQuest by running the patcher outside of WinEQ. (Update: WinEQ 2 now ignores the Patch option and instead skips the EQ patcher. The functionality will be restored soon.)
2) EQPlayNice's "rendering limiter" has been temporarily disabled (this applies only to our subscribers). This will also be fixed soon. The regular framerate/CPU limiter functionality is working fine. (Update: This has been fixed)
