Reading this from release notes:
Code: Select all
...
- Added automatic execution of "PreInit.iss" and "AutoExec.iss", which come directly after
the automatic execution of "PreInit.ice" and "AutoExec.ice" (before processing the game and
profile-specific ones)
...
- If Games.XML does not exist, Scripts\PreInit.iss will be generated with basic WinEQ-style hotkeys
set up, as well as redirecting eqclient.ini and eqlsPlayerData.ini per profile
...
So on one of my boxes, I removed my games.xml and restarted IS. Sure enough it created the preinit.iss in my scripts directory (and recreated Games.XML). So I go to fire up WoW, but none of the "WinEQ-style" hotkeys work whether at the login screen or ingame. Also tried changing WoW from Windowed to Full and still no go. Is there something I'm forgetting?

Actually I've noticed this myself, have to do some debugging to find the problem, which is most likely related to not having {} around the first if in main

I hope i'm not being to much of a pain by asking but, I'm really trying to learn IS as much as i'm able. I was a huge mq2 fan and I want to make the change over to this. I also can not get full screen to work on WoW, is this something I need to activate somehow. I have wow loading in windowed mode like I did from wineq2. dunno if that's needed for IS but I left it that way. Either way, hitting ctrl alt f does not implement full screen emulation. I'm sure it's something i'm doing wrong. i just need slight help and i'll be on my way. I really do try and figure this stuff out on my own seriously =p. thx in advance

It looks like the installer is not creating the subfolders required by Inner Space for this to happen. I will fix this momentarily.

Should be ok now, give it a shot. You don't need to completely uninstall, but at least delete Games.XML and re-download

as a side note, if this folder was already created (I made it by hand) then the xml file deleted the pre-init would be populated into the directory.
