Left Mouse Button Sticks

Left mouse button seems to "stick" when i cycle through windows... restarting all accounts fixes it briefly... if i cycle the first click does nothing but after that its fine until i cycle to another window again. if the cursor happened to be over something when i cycle it will act as if i was holding the key down and do funky stuff =/ not a huge issue but somewhat annoying... just curious if there is some simple issue im overlooking that would fix this

What game is this in? EQ1?
and do you use the left mouse button for wineq hotkeys?
