This is a warning about ISX, Amadeus will double charge you. He double charged my account in January and never responded to my inquiries. In April he again double billed my account. When I complained and disputed both charges for April, remember he charged me twice in January. He refunded the money and then cancelled my account claiming that I used the software on 4 computers. How was that possible when I have never played my game on any other computer that my desktop. He could not answer, however when I asked for documentation about the incident he claimed that he had not bookeeping records. Basically I was S.O.L. So basically, I paid for Innerspace for another year, for NOTHING. Beware of doing business with ISXgames, there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and they keep no records of their business, in other words if you get screwed they won't even kiss you first.
