LavishScript: how to read/write ini files?

I am in progression of convertiong alot of MacroQuest (everquest1) script code to LavishScript. I have a load of ini files which I would preferrably continue to use. The only parts i could find in the wikis & examples seems to be XML based data storage?

So is there a simple ini read/write value method somewhere I missed?

I found old discussion (2005) where Lax suggests to move to xml here http://www.macroquest2.com/phpBB3/viewt ... 55&t=11718

but can it be a feature request to add a Ini TLO to innerspace?

No I have no plans and I don't see real merit in adding Ini-specific functionality to Inner Space itself. The format is pretty much dead.

It would be much more appropriate for the Ini functionality from MQ2 to be available in ISXEQ.
