EQ1 - getting dotted lines through screenshots taken

Post by Jedis » Mon Oct 18, 2010 9:09 pm

I'm getting random dotted lines through screenshots I take ingame.

Lax, could you try to reproduce this? I don't see them while playing, they just show in the screenshots.

Gonna be next week at the earliest, but I can see if I can get the same behavior, sure. IS shouldn't affect screenshots at all, though

Did you get a chance to look at this yet?

More annoying than anything now with housing being put in - I've been taking lots of screenshots of my houses and most of them all have dotted lines running through a random part of the shot.

Still hoping for a solution.

Older screenshots do not have this, but newer ones do. Been posting/uploading housing screenshots to places and the lines look terrible.

This is not related to IS at all.

If I run EQ without WinEQ or IS, the screenshots are fine. If it's not IS, maybe it's WinEQ?

Not sure what else to try.

It is definitely InnerSpace that is doing this. I just spent the past 45 minutes collecting evidence.

I took a bunch of screenshots. One with both WinEQ and IS running, one with just WinEQ, one with just IS, and one with nothing running.

The two screenshots with just IS and both WinEQ and IS running both have lines.

The two screenshots with just WinEQ and neither running have no lines.

There's the four screenshots. It's kind of hard to see in some of them because it's dark, but they're there in the two with IS running.

Let me know if you need something else from me to get this fixed.
