eq2 issue with newest eq2 patch today

innerspace was launching my 3 accounts fine yesterday, but after the patch today, getting following error when launching from innerspace(launching eq2 by itself normally is working fine)

fatal error: Everquest II has detected an unrecoverable error and must shutdown.

<verify> E:\live\eq2\framework\render\src\VeShader.cpp etc.

Anyone else getting this error?

I tried using development releases but still getting error.

I deleted my eq2_recent.ini
I switched to the devel version of innerspace, but the devel version caused launchpad.exe to crash, so I switched back to the normal version.
I can now launch launchpad.exe via my eq2 profile, but it doesn't appear that innerspace is attached to my everquest2 window

I read through the entire thread posted in the original link, but none of that seems relevant or useful to be honest.

Right now:
The game launches fine by itself using the launchpad without innerspace.
The game crashes by itself running everquest2.exe.
The game launches fine with innerspace using launchpad.exe as the executable, but innerspace isn't active in the actual everquest2 window (no overlay, no innerspace information, no window switching etc)

Its fairly obvious this is a problem with everquest2, not innerspace directly, but its caused innerspace to be unusable right now. How can I get innerspace to attach to everquest 2 if I run it through the launcher?

The streaming EQ2 client cannot be launched directly.

If you are using the streaming EQ2 client, you will need to install the full client instead. Here's a tip from another EQ2 player:

the everquest2.exe that is crashing for them is the streaming client, and to fix that point them at http://launcher.station.sony.com and have them install that and patch fully

Thanks Lax, I'm downloading the new client now, I'll let you know what happens.
