Innerspace failing to launch to windows tray bar

Hello, I just finished intalling both the innerspace and ISXEQ2 products. I have purchased subscriptions for both. However when I click on the innerspace icon on my desktop and sign in with my credentials nothing happens.

According to the instructions I am following to get this product working an Innerspace icon should appear on my Windows Tray Bar in the right bottom corner. It does not and I have tried to research others having this problem but am coming up short.

I have Windows Vista 64bit OS. I tried installing this with .NET framework 2.X and it did not work. .NET 3.5 is out now and I have tried that with no success.

Please help I would like to start learning how to use my new product sooner than later.

To launch Inner Space with your Windows as configured, right click it and select Run as Administrator. Have fun.
