when opening 5 session team random windows are resizing

When I open a 5 box different windows will resize to the window mapper size but then turn into a maximize / minimize setting. So when I switch to that window it goes main screen but stays at it's small, at the bottom of the screen size. Not sure if it's something I'm doing wrong.

I went back into window mapper and redid the layout, seems to be working now.

I take that back, only happens when I try to log into all chars at same time. I usually open all chars, then use mouse repeater to log in, when I do that now, it resizes sometimes all or a few of the sessions.
