I tried to load my 3 sessions. I got 2 up and running, the 3rd crashing while loading to character select.
Told it to load the sessions again, third loaded up and got ingame -- second session crashed to desktop. Loaded character set again, it came back up and I had both ingame for about 10 minutes. Didn't zone or anything. And first session crashed, followed by second session. I only have one running now.
Seems to be completely unusable now since the patch.

Odd.
Is this with the live Inner Space build (4960) or the development build (4976)?

Dev build. I posted on WinEQ forum after posting here. Seems like it might be WinEQ since others are having issues since the patch.
I just installed EQplaynice and am trying to see if just that works with IS. Will post back in a few minutes.

Still broken without WinEQ running and just EQplaynice. Graphical corruption/distortion of the Vista desktop/taskbar - second instance crashes EQ to crash the 2nd and 3rd instances.

Ok, WinEQ works fine when it's the only thing running with EQ.
Seems it's Innerspace or ISboxer... Wow what a nightmare. Too many programs going at once.

I just unchecked the development build and repatched and everything's worked as it was yesterday.
Please don't push that one live!

Yeah that's why I usually keep changes like this on development for a while, so random people might test it and report issues like this one. I noticed some weirdness happening myself when I was testing with EQ1, so I'll make sure to do more rounds of testing
Thanks for letting me know

Okay I made some changes to development build 4976 specifically to fix this issue. If you can, try it out for me real quick and let me know if it still crashes for you. Thanks
