Unable to connect to lavishsoft

Lax,
For some reason i have just updated my subscription and now i am unable to log back into lavishsoft. I was running VG, logged out, logged abck in about 5 mins later but when i run innerspace it sits there for minutes then reports the old firewall error. I have not changed anything on the computer, which is way it leads me to believe its account related

ok weird item numbers 2, on the PC that normally plays VG now i cannt even get on your site, though this computer has no problems
