1-2 second freezes
Well, I'll see if I can describe this.
While playing WoW, not using any scripts or anything, just IS, the game freezes for a short time every now and then. Now I've put up with this for awhile, I think it might just be IS loading things in WoW, but I'm not sure. Do other people experience this, is it normal? Because having your game freeze up now and then (not for very long at all, maybe a second or 2) can be annoying.
Anyway, thanks for the help. =]

Doesn't look like I can edit my post here, so I will add, it seems my issue may be similar to this issue:
http://www.open-bot.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=495
Although I am using no scripts, no openbot, etc.. I was using WoWRadar at times and of course I had gameobjects, etc. showing up on the minimap with the track ability.
Maybe when tracking things this is prone to happening?

Well, on the character screen, when I get this second of freeze, (only once) in the IS console right after that freeze it says:
WardenNet indicates that the active Warden is at least 2 hour(s) old
and before that it says WardenNet indicates that the active Warden is at least 27 day(s) old
So when it does this check to WardenNet, it freezes of a sec, no biggie. Will check during game play now.
Ok, so, at the little bits of freezing / leg during game play, nothing is written in the console. =[ odd

Are you playing on a laptop? The short freeze at character selection is nothing abnormal, but the freezing during gameplay is probably the combination of Inner Space's FPS limiting and SpeedStep (or similar technology), which reduces power to your CPU when it detects that the CPU is not under full load. If you switch the power profile to "Always On" this should go away.
If that's not the case, then I dont know, you'd have to open an IS console and type "diag" and paste the results, and MAYBE something would show up.

Looks fairly normal. I see you've disabled the FPS limiter in IS, so that means it's not that.
How often does this slowdown happen exactly? Warden for example scans every 15 seconds, and ISXWarden requires additional processing to handle that, so if you get this slowdown every 15 seconds, it's possible that your 1500MHz CPU is getting overloaded. Have you tried this without ISXWoW to determine if it might be ISXWoW related? If you delete ISXWoW.dll from the InnerSpace\Extensions folder, it won't get loaded.

Then unfortunately I'm not sure what to suggest. I would first check to see if anything is running on your system that is taking extra CPU time. Your CPU may be just weak enough that you shouldn't be running multiple instances of WoW, for example. But, I've never seen anyone complain about lag every 15 seconds, and I'm pretty sure you're not the only one using that kind of CPU. In fact, my laptop isn't much more powerful, and doesn't have any noticeable lag every 15 seconds.
I'd check the process list in task manager and see what else is taking up CPU time, and consider shutting some things down. I'd probably also run spyware and virus scans, to be sure that something of that sort isn't slowing down the PC. Another thing that might be worth a try is closing virus scanning software -- my laptop for example has Mcafee virus scanning, and it's unbearably slow if I don't shut that off.
I'm not sure there's much else I can recommend -- it sounds like something is running on your PC that is taking up enough CPU time to slow WoW down. Warden scans every 15 seconds, which is an additional CPU expense, and because your CPU is saturated by something, this slowdown becomes visible to you. If it were me, I would upgrade my CPU, but as that is not always a reasonable recommendation (not everyone has a few hundred dollars to spare, but if you do, then I'd recommend getting, say, an intel core 2 duo -- something with 2+ cores will help a lot, and something that runs at 1.8GHz or better with a new CPU architecture), I must first recommend finding things to shut down and scanning for viruses and spyware.
Hope this helps.
