New to Innerspace please help

Hi I am new yes I just downloaded it here is where my trouble is after double clicking innerspace.exe i get the hourglass and all is fine but I never get the icon down in my bar or anything I try double clicking again and it tells me that it is detected and already running and I go to my process tree and sure enough there it is and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail someone please help me with this issue thank you very much

Vista? XP?

It may be an issue where you do not have admin privileges. If this is vista, right click on the shortcut and select "Run as Administrator".
