No resposne from mouse and keyboard

Hi Im new to the forums and Im trying this program for a game called Fiesta Online. The first problem I had is that this initially starts a launcher before the game, which I seem to have sorted somehow.
But the main problem I face is that when I get into the game the keyboard and mouse does not respond at all.

The game really runs differently from what I've played though.
I'd really be keen to get this working on this game because im trying to use it with keyclone.
