Mouse over details

Since the new launch pad patch, I am able to still run without the patcher but a strange bug has come about.

When using WinEQ 2 the mouse overs no longer pop up. Eg., the buff timers or mousing over stuff in my inventory. Anyone else having this problem?

Everything else works fine, but its driving me nuts not knowing my buff times.

When that happens to me, rebooting my computer fixes it.

Sure enough, my machine had been up for over a month. lol

Rebooting worked just fine. Thanks man.
