Innerspace Won't Start

I just had Innerspace installed today on my new Windows Vista and I'm having problems opening it. It brings up the account/password login screen after opening Innerspace but nothing happens after that. There should be some sort of Innerspace icon that appears on the bottom right of my screen, but there isn't. The only thing I've downloaded so far is Innerspace from lavishsoft.com, are there any files I need that I haven't downloaded yet that may have led to this error?

Right click the Inner Space icon on the desktop, select "Run as Administrator"
