Innerspace connection to lavish software license server fail
Ok, since the "hardware" update, I haven't been able to run innerspace... keeps saying "Connection to Lavish Software License server failed"
What's the point in paying for a subscription if it just suddenly stops working and no fricking notifications from those that run it???
Gets really frustrating.. I can run innerspace, patcher runs fine. Attempt to log in manually, logs in, but won't run vanguard.. says can't connect to login server... wtf???

Tried that.. deleting the file... rebooting, restartgin innerspace... comes up, trh and log in on game and get the following errorll
Connection to Lavish Software liscense server failed. The server may be inaccessable to yo at the time, or the amonnt of netwlrk lag between ou and the server may be extrordinarily high.
I can log in to the website fine... since I'm posting here... just not into the game...

There was some server maintenance yesterday. The OP is specifically not able to connect via IS but is able to connect to the website using a browser, this generally means that something is interfering with / hijacking the connection. As others are able to connect via IS this leads me to believe it is something client side.eolewis wrote:I have been getting this same exact error while using WinEQ 2 the last couple days intermittantly without having installed anything... of course, 90% of the time I get this message, the website has also been down.
In the situations where it is something client side, most often it is malware, a virus, recent software installs (norton, mcafee, etc) or a corrupted innerspace.xml file.
As we have ran through the fix for the corrupted innerspace.xml file, I am leaning towards other software on the computer.

interestingly enought i had this happen to me today as well. i was actually logged in and using isxvg. I had the app dump out (no big deal really) and then after that i've been unable to log in via the app tho i can on the webpage. I have made no adjustments to my machine and have deleted and reloaded th inerrspace.xml file. I don't get unable to contact server i get an actual authentication failure.
