Fatal error on resubcription

Hello lax or whoever can help me P


I use wineq 2.0 on everquest, since my pro subscription run out, i have been having hard time to pop up the win 2.0 instance, by this it either crash or doesnt load, from time to time i menage to get one that is able to load eq, it seem totaly random right now.

It also look to make me lag or create little problem ingame, i have to press many time my mouse to click an hotkey as exemple ( happend from time to time ) not sure if that problem is related to wineq

So i wanted to upgrade my subcription to pro gaming tools but unfortunatly i keep getting an fatal error once i press upgrade now, or the subcription link.

So is there a problem with wineq2.0 and also the billing site of the site ?
I generaly doesnt have problem paying someone P

I'm unaware of a problem with WinEQ 2, but the problem with the subscribe page has been fixed. Thanks for letting me know about that
