graphic glitch when running WoW

Hi, when I first load up WoW, I get a black screen, although when resizing the window the graphics briefly flicker back in. It's not frozen, since I am able to login. Once I login, it improves from black screen, but the graphics are still all messed up, textures will not render properly etc. WoW runs fine normally on my computer, and also runs fine with Wineq2.
