Issue with .NET progams in Vanguard

I've followed the Hello World tutorial on the wiki, as well as trying to use the sample programs that Amadeus gave us to use. However every time it looks for the progam in C:/Vanguard/bin/ instead of C:\Program Files (x86)\InnerSpace\.NET Programs where my .NET Application is located.

Please disreguard this post. And for future reference you load them outside of the GAC.
