question about saving EQ hotkeys and windows settings

I just noticed that the changes I made in my EQ sessions last night were not saved. I moved some hotkeys from bank to bank and changed some window sizes etc. Also bazaar trader prices I set for items were gone. Do I need to manually save changes like this?

WinEQ 2 doesnt mess with that stuff. I dont know why it wouldnt have saved for you.
