InnerSpace Prob with Vista RC1 and DirectX 10 :)

Hello,
I run with Vista RC1 Build 5600
Ive installed Innerpsace without anyproblem
But then when i try to start it, it tells me to get the latest Direct X9 from April

But Vista runs DirectX 10 allready

What could i do ? i want to use Innerspace on my vista

Actually, it's not a problem. You really do need the DirectX 9 update, the latest of which is not included in Vista.

it cannot install. got error
The setup.exe in the install package cannot run on Vista.
You sure it should work ? other ppl run innerpsace on vista ?

ok i found the solution

So as i said DXsetup wont start on Vista.
So you have to run compatibility wizard and run the dxsetup thru it.
Then Direct X get updated and now Innerspace works.

You probably actually have to use the dxwebsetup instead of the redistributable that IS links to. I need to change the link IS provides
