Crashing on startup

I use to use InnerSpace with Lineage II, worked great. Just came back to play it again, and fired up my innerspace to go with it. But the game just crashes with a grey box in the upper left when it should be loading the patcher.

I changed the profile to go to the proper directory now .. Mine is lineage III , not II ( .. some patch did that..must have been chron 4 ).

I've turned off everything, enabled stealth, etc.. but still that ugly grey box with no game.

Any ideas?

You wouldn't even have to renew your subscription to the game to test it. I never get the patcher to load. I'd guess that once that is working, the rest would probably be good as long as we can get it to the login screen

I got it to work for the most part....

First, turn on dx9, it's a dx9 game now.

Also, vurtual keyboard had to be on or the input got weird the second i hit the ~ key for the consoel.

Also, change the default path from "....\progra~1\lineage ii" to "......\progra~1\lineage iii".

Those are not biggies... the biggie ( sorta ) is that innerspace will NOT run the patcher.

However, if you start l2.exe from teh lineage iii\system directory, it fires up and appears to work in all area's so far. Will let you know if i find anything odd.
