Unable to Verify account info (-13)

I have been using the normal winEQ and latly it had been getting slower on transfers between screens. So I thought I would try getting the winEQ2.

When I did this I install it and run and every time I get

Could not verify lavish software account information (-13)

It doesn't ask me for account info I tried uninstalled in all lavishsoft stuff I have on computer so I could reenter but still no effect. I have uninstalled wineq2 and tried again several times.

also no sys info txt in win eq folder since it doesn't even start up I just get that error

I am now getting this same error at 11:30 CST, 13 Mar 06. Right after I ran WinEQ2.0 and it patched. Thanks

All I can tell you is that -13 is indicating that it simply could not connect to the server. Make sure you dont have WinEQ blocked from having outbound connections
