running WinEQ2 then error

Every time i open WinEQ2 Pro and go to the list of profiles i select the one i want then i get an error:

Please run EverQuest.exe
i have tryed to make a new profile but i get the same thing
any help woudl be great if any onme eles has come accross this

You're just lucky, that's all. This happens on probably 1 in 5000 computers, and I dont know why. I believe someone said they reinstalled EQ and then it worked fine, but my question is this... do you have patching disabled, or is it running the patcher?

if i set the patcher to disabled i get the error.. if i set the patcher to enabled then it works fine and runs the patcher and then load in to eq ok
