lavish.dll issues

I keep getting an error message that says "could not output lavish.dll. It may be in use..." I can post the rest of the error message if you need but I assume that's enough. I tried restarting, tried repatching but keep getting that message anyway. any ideas?

By "restarting" do you mean rebooting your computer?

What you can do to avoid this is close any Lavish products, EQ sessions, etc, and grab the newest WinEQ 2 installer. It has the latest version of Lavish.dll so you wont have to rely on the patcher. Just run the installer -- you dont have to uninstall or delete anything, and it wont change your settings.

Some programs like to keep .DLL's open forever. Process Guard (security program) is one.
