Not working for me. I removed all profiles from ini file and it started working. Then I started to add profiles back. After adding profile5 it barfed. profiles 4 and 5 are identical:

It works for me now
Delete or move the WinEQ2 folder (after backing up your ini files), reinstall from the download which will then patch the most recent version when it is run.
Check it runs from a fresh install with new ini files. If that works, exit WinEQ2, copy your old ini files into the WinEQ2 folder and try running it again.
Most important bit is saving your ini files if you dont want to have to setup all your settings again.
