i did ti the long way myself. I made a few sets of ini files. I ran option editor turned pretty muche all models and fluff off etc, saved that as one set, made anotehr set all max settings, etc. then i took the files that were appropriate for the setting i wanted for those sessions and made copies b...

oh also you should check out the youtube videos lax made. I found them helpful for doing the basic setup etc. my eq problems came more into play when i wanetd to specify a different INI for each instance btu Lax helped me get that hammered out. woops
nevermind. apparently eq has 2 files that need to virtualized to work properly. I found this after digging in the FAQ instead of the actual manual/help guides. it's only lsited in the FAQ for soem reason.
