First time tryin win eq

This is my first time trying win eq and maybe im missin somethin but when im looking in the systray menu and i go to Options>preferences i look for the window presets to change the resolutions as its listed on the help file but there is no listing on my version that i installed. Any help would be great. Im also just attempting to play eq1 with it at the moment.
