Constant loading crashes

Im using wineq2 on a vistas pc, Im constantly having to reload it several times before it will finally stay up and run. I get error messages like WinEQ2.dat (Not Responding) and then it will say something like World of Warcraft support for WinEQ 2.0 was unable to initialize at this time (-114). Please Try again later. Ill do it again, and itll say the same thing for Everquest, and then it will disappear out of the system tray. I double click the shortcut to open it...it does it, I right click, chose open...it does it, I right click, pick run as adminstrator, it does it. Anything I need to edit or change? Its a great program, just a big pain when it decides to be stubborn like its doing now
