Dynamic Update

any way to fix it so dynamic updates doesnt cause framerate lag- not sure what exactly the update does but when it is alway updating I get terrible framerates - now i turned it to once per minute and no framerate problems except once per minute

I play a bard so I cant handle any framerate lag- any help would be nice

Options | Display | Advanced....
"Dynamic Update Interval"
