Simple usage of isboxer

I want to use isboxer so that it only use commandkeys 1-0 while in fight, and that everyone autotarget the main guy.

How i set this up?

ive set up reapeater profile that does only allow numbers 1-0 but it does not reapeat any keystroke atm.
