IS is 100% dead at the moment

With the latest patch, IS crashes everytime I start it. A clean reboot does not help. I've submitted the reports when the crashes occur, and need some help to get things working again.

Actually I'm looking at your crash reports and they're indicating build 5245, which is neither of the latest 2 live builds (a few days apart). If you only got part of the patch for some reason, that might be a reason for this.

Run the IS (or ISBoxer) installer again and it should repair it for you and patch to the latest build, which is 5318
