I'm dual boxing (one paid client, one new F2P one).
When I launch from Innerspace, is1 client launches fine, but second one hangs on "examine game data" and says
"Unspecified patch error."
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
LOTRO F2P Patch

If IS detected LOTRO, there should be a "No Patch" profile -- use that. If not, right click IS and select Add Game, point it at TurbineInvoker.exe, and in the Parameters box put
This will stop the launcher from doing the "examine game data" step. Note that when LOTRO patches, you will need to separately run the launcher without the -usetdm switch to make it patch
Code: Select all
-usetdm

I tried running NO Patch, but I still get the same error.
I must have set something up wrong then.
I'm using ISBoxer to set up my two champs. I have all my key mapping set as I like it and I'm trying to launch from their Character Set in the IS right-click menu. The first one launches fine "Character - X Recognized", but the second one get past the "Unspecified Patch Error."
Within ISBoxer Toolkit, I've pointed them both toward Game Profile "Lotro Default" - which didn't work - and then both toward Game Profile "Lotro No Patch" - which when I did, the second launcher wouldn't launch. I then tried my 1st character on "Lotro Default" and second on "Lotro No Patch", but that still gave me the "Unspecified Patch Error."
Can you see something in all that I'm doing wrong?
