No option in wow or toolbar

I have an Asus Laptop 64 bit but run 32 for reasons known to most. Either way... I purchased Innerspace and when I install it, i get the compatability message saying the program might not have installed correctly. I click that it did and everything seems fine. When I start the program itself, it asks for my username and pw, but then nothing. It says that it's running in my taskbar but nothing is on my program list near the clock nor can i seem to access it in game (WoW). Any help would be greatly appreciated
