Latest IS patch breaks ISXEQ2?

I'm getting this as of this morning (after Innerspace patched)...

Extension was built for ISXDK version 30. Current ISXDK is 31. Extension 'isxeq2' could not be loaded.[code]

I have development patches switched off.

Just wondering is this an Innerspace issue or ISXEQ2 issue?

As it says in the IS patch notes: Download new versions of your extensions. Amadeus released ISXEQ2 for ISXDK 31 within a little while of Inner Space being patched.
