Mouse and Everquest

When I run Everquest through IS, the game loads up fine however anything in the background bleeds through. When I try to click the mouse it minimizes and changes the window size to a very small window in the upper left corner, I use alt+shift+n or alt+shift+f to restore the window size but my mouse clicks do not effect anything in the game.

Seems to have been a problem with windowed mode. everything works fine if I push alt+enter a couple of times
