First off this is a great utility, love it. One issue I haven't been able to get around is the lighting. My screen while in WinEQ is MUCH darker than the screen when I play without using WinEQ. I brought my gamma to 100% without help, I tried adjust my display settings in Windows Xp, updated drivers for video, nothing seems to help. The game looks great outside of WinEQ so I am thinking there is a setting I can make, maybe.
Any suggestions?

Well, I havent heard of anyone having this problem in a couple years. Back in ... 2004? the ATI Catalyst drivers didn't support gamma in a Window. But, with current ATI or NVIDIA drivers, it should work fine.
The only other thing is if you've enabled "Lock Gamma" in the WinEQ 2 Preferences under General, EverQuest. Check that setting -- if it's ON, the gamma slider does absolutely nothing.
If that doesnt help, post your sysinfo.txt (log into the game, right click on the game window titlebar, select Get System Info, and paste the output here). All I would be looking at in the sysinfo is your video driver info, though
