WINEQ2 not loading

I run the program and I see the wineq2.exe in the task manager but it doesnt put the icon down on the system tray so I can launch the applications.

this is in my sysinfo file.

It was working yesterday Saturday July 15th. First time I've tried to run it today Sunday July 16th.
