This software is safe to use on DAOC?

I just fear getting a ban/suspension if they can trace this. it is a third party program, correct?

"Third party", in the context of DAOC, means any party besides Mythic. Microsoft Windows is "third party software" to them. So yes, WinEQ 2 is "third party software" because it is made by Lavish Software, and not Mythic Entertainment.

I'm not aware of any bans or suspensions for using WinEQ with any game.
