That is in fact a World of warcrat Bug they had a 22 page post on there site about two days ago.

it really started with patch 1.90 ,i got hit with it then .

All i did to fix it was reset the display setting in world of warcraft by disabling Video card the try to login and get a error .

then reboot the PC the try a again .

and made sure my Driver were up to date . and from what I hear it is still WOW problem , with no real good fix yet.
