Wineq 2.0 trouble

I recently reformatted my comp. I reinstalled everquest and then tried reinstalling wineq 2 but when i click on the link to dl it, it only gives me this page

it seems any link i click on either sends me back to the main pages or gives me the run around. Whats wrong?

We moved the server last night to a new physical location on new hardware. I've been working out the kinks today. This is fixed now, sorry for the inconvenience
