sticking right shitf key

Every time I use the right side shift key it keeps sticking untill I hit it again.

I believe this had been brought up before, and the consensus was that it's a bug in EQ, and happens even while playing without WinEQ. Something to do with using right shift and the arrow keys in the chat box
