Disable Shift-Right click

Is there an option to disable the Shift-Right click from bringing up the WinEQ menu?

Yep. Go into the WinEQ preferences and find the Hotkeys category for whatever game you're playing. Context Menu is a configurable hotkey there. You can change it to "NONE" to disable it
